STC har indgået en aftale med NREP Logistics AB om udvikling af et areal på ca. 60.000 m2 beliggende i Skandinavisk Transport Center i Køge. Udviklingen vil primært ske inden for lagererhverv, transport- og distributions-virksomhed.

As of 1st September 2011, Nordic Real Estate Partners has hired Thomas Ebbe Riise as Manager with responsibility for Development and Asset Management to further strengthen the company’s development and asset management competencies, especially in Denmark. In his role, Thomas will focus on optimizing our real estate investments in the Nordics within the retail segment, which is one of NREP's focused investment strategies. Among other things, he will be working with NREP's second retail fund which NREP expects to launch in the end of 2011.

Corem Property Group AB publ. (“Corem”) och Nordic Real Estate Partners (NREP) har genom ett gemensamt ägt bolag tecknat ett 15 årigt hyresavtal med PostNord för uppförandet av en ny terminal norr om Stockholm. Terminalen på cirka 19.000 kvm kommer att bli PostNords största logistikarbetsplats med ca 450 anställda och beräknas stå klar i slutet av 2013.

As of June 1st 2011, Nordic Real Estate Partners has hired Jouni Alho as Asset Manager to strengthen the company’s asset management and retail sector competencies, especially in Finland. In his new role, Jouni will focus on developing our asset management in our existing portfolio and as well as build up a strong base for our forthcoming retail investments. Among other things, he will be working with NREP’s second retail fund which NREP expects to launch in the third quarter of 2011.
