Nordic Real Estate Partners (NREP) today announced the signing of a new long term agreement with Dahl Sverige AB a company within the Saint Gobain group. The agreement relates to the erection of a new high specification distribution centre to cater for Dahl’s expansion needs in the region. NREP will commence the construction in July this year. The building will be ready for occupation in Q2 2012.
