As of 1st September 2011, Nordic Real Estate Partners has hired Thomas Ebbe Riise as Manager with responsibility for Development and Asset Management to further strengthen the company’s development and asset management competencies, especially in Denmark. In his role, Thomas will focus on optimizing our real estate investments in the Nordics within the retail segment, which is one of NREP's focused investment strategies. Among other things, he will be working with NREP's second retail fund which NREP expects to launch in the end of 2011.
