In NREP we are driven by the desire to generate above market risk adjusted returns to our investors.
We believe this is best achieved by working with value add focused specialized investment strategies
- Specialized: because we believe one can find better risk adjusted returns in certain segments within the real estate market
- Focused: because we believe you become better at what you do over and over again thereby eliminating risks and increasing upside potential
- Value add: because we want to add value on the assets we own to ensure positive capital growth to our investors through good and bad times, and because we believe real estate is an operational business in which tenant relationship management and hands on asset management should be a core discipline
In addition, generally we have a preference for strong income producing strategies as we believe a fundamental attraction of real estate is its ability to provide long term stable cash flow and thereby low volatility and risk
To date, we operate with three specialized investment strategies:
- Modern Logistics
- Necessity driven Retail
- Self Storage
We believe we enjoy a strong strategic position in each of these today, which is also reflected in our historical above market returns and annual stable dividends, which we have been able to deliver through good and bad times
